OBIT BROWN, R.

BROWN, REAVES Reaves (Bubby) Brown, age 56, of Blue Ridge, passed away Tuesday in a local hospital. He was employed at Vinton Weaving Mill for 33 years and was predeceased by a twin sister and a half brother, Rhoada Rebecca Brown Nichols and Casper Bowls. Surviving are his wife, Margie Lee Nichols Brown; one son, Marty Dean Brown, at home; one daughter, Becky Diane Brown, at home; two brothers, Frank E. Brown, Jr., Vinton; Everette Brown, Thaxton; two sisters, Beatrice Cassidy, Bedford; Martha Bowyer, Montvale; two half brothers, Norris Bowles; Robie Bowles, both of Vinton; granddaughter, Brandy Diane Donald. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 26, 1990, from Lotz Vinton Chapel. Dr. Elwood White will officiate. Burial to follow in Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may call at Lotz Vinton Chapel.
