Mrs. Leota Ruth Grogg McClung, age 74, died Tuesday, April 24, 1990, at Radford Community Hospital. She was a native of West Virginia, a daughter of the late R. D. and Lenora Perry Grogg. Surviving are her husband, J. Hunter McClung; two sons, Jennings Wayne McClung, Christiansburg; James E. McClung, Blacksburg; three sisters, Mildred Hume, Takoma Park, Md.; Gussie Boggs, Parkersburg, W. Va.; Virginia Ervin, White Sulphur Springs, W. Va.; two brothers, Ottie R. Grogg, Beckley, W. Va.; Ira J. Grogg, Partow, Va.; two granddaughters; three grandsons; one great-grandson. Funeral services will be Friday, April 27, at 11:00 a.m. at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church conducted by the Rev. Michael W. Desper. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Hoy-McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
