Theodore Roosvelt White, of 1020 Hanover Ave., N.W., died April 23, 1990. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Annie Jones Davis, Silver Springs, Md.; seven children; four uncles; three aunts; a devoted aunt, Mrs. Dorothy Jones, Roanoke; a devoted uncle, Nelson Jones, Roanoke. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Fizer Funeral Home Chapel, Elder Marvin E. Jones officiating. Burial in Williams Memorial Park.
