CLYDE P. GREER, a lead engineer at Hercules Inc. Radford Army Ammunition Plant, retired April 1 after 38 years and nine months of service. Also retiring April 1 were: HAROLD V. FISHER, a propellant department foreman from New Castle with more than 33 years of service; ROY E. FLYNN of Pulaski, a maintenance department craft helper after 32 years;\ LEONARD L. SMITH of Christiansburg, process engineering department pollution abatement supervisor, after 28 years.
