AS A CERTIFIED executive chef with the American Culinary Federation, executive chef at Hunting Hills Country Club for 11 years, and as the current vice president of the Southwest Virginia Chef's Association, I would like to congratulate those who chose Dolores Kostelni to do your restaurant reviews.

I personally feel, as do many of my fellow members in the Chef's Association, that she is doing a very good job. Her reviews are objective, concise, critical, but not critical to a fault, and to the point. A professional job from a professional culinarian. A tip of toque to you and Dolores for a job well done.
