TROUT VOTE PUT BARTOL OFF SCHOOL BOARD

REFERRING to your editorial April 22 endorsing James Trout for City Council, voters should be reminded that Trout's vote ended the valuable service of Don Bartol on the School Board.

The editorial also makes one realize that the paper in endorsing Trout is subservient to the city's power structure, who obviously controls Trout's vote.
