Joe Camina, of Salem, Va., passed away Tuesday, April 24, 1990 in a local hospital. Joe was a native of Spain and as a young man became an accredited stonemason, noted for his outstanding masonry on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Surviving are his wife, Hallie Vance Camina; one son, Jose L. Camina; daughter-in-law, Tonia S. Camina; also surviving are four grandchildren, Crystal, Teran, Savin, Lily. Funeral services will be held at College Lutheran Church at 12:00 noon on Friday, April 27, 1990. Burial will take place in a family cemetery in Avery County, N.C. on Saturday afternoon. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the John M. Oakey and Son Funeral Home, Salem.
