OBIT GILL, I.

Ira Stanley Gill, age 74, of Roanoke, died Thursday. He was predeceased by his wife Nora Gray Bowyer Gill; and is survived by one son, James H., Bowyer, of Roanoke; three step daughters, Mrs. Annie Welch, Mrs. Ida Elliott, both of Roanoke; Mrs. Betty S. Campbell, of Vinton; two brothers, Jasper D. Gill, and John G. Gill, Viroqua, Wis.; ten stepgrandchildren, twenty-one stepgreat-grandchildren, three stepgreat-great-grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens by Rev. Richard L. Harris. Funeral Arrangements are being handled by Lotz Funeral Home, Roanoke.
