TEEN-AGER KILLED WHEN WALL COLLAPSES

The wall of a building under construction in Spotsylvania County collapsed Wednesday during a thunderstorm, killing a teen-ager, authorities said.

Three of the seven workers on the site were injured, said Sam Clegg, shift supervisor at the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Department.

Clegg said Russell Burks, 19, of Mountain Grove, Mo., suffered a broken neck and other injuries. The victim, 16, was Burks' stepbrother.
