MUSIC CLUB SCHEDULES FOUNDER'S DAY PROGRAM

The Thursday Morning Music Club will hold its Founder's Day program May 3 at 10:30 a.m. at Cave Spring Baptist Church. A luncheon also will be held in honor of the club's past presidents.

The program will feature pianist Andrew Cooperstock, a member of the faculty at Southern Arkansas University. Cooperstock is a graduate of the Julliard School, the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music and the Peabody Conservatory of Music. He won an award from the National Federation of Music Clubs in 1989 for his performance in the field of piano.
