BANDY, HYATT E.

\ Hyatt Evans Bandy, age 74, of Roanoke died Thursday in a local hospital. He was a member of Woodlawn United Methodist Church, Melrose Masonic Lodge, the Roanoke Scottish Rite Body and Kazim Shrine Temple. Surviving are his wife, Vera Hamilton Bandy; two sisters, Mrs. Merle Parlin, Nashville, Tenn.; Mrs. Opal Lewis, Pittsburgh, Pa.; two brothers, C. Edwin Bandy, Pembroke; B. Leo Bandy, Christiansburg; In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial be made to the Shriners Cripple Children's Hospital or Woodlawn United Methodist Church. Services will be 11:30 a.m. Monday at Oakey's South Chapel with the Rev. Arthur E. Grant officiating. Interment with Masonic grave rites will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Oakey's South Chapel from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Sunday.
