\ LEXINGTON - Ray Southers, age 68, died April 27, 1990, in Dillwyn, Va. at a nursing home. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pearl Ramsey Southers. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Robert (Marie) Hylton, Mrs. Harry (Mildred) Floyd, both of Buena Vista; one brother, Earl H. Southers, Lexington. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, April 30, at 2:00 p.m. at the Lomax Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Dean Staton officiating. Burial will follow in the Lone Mill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Lomax Funeral Home in Buena Vista.
