\ EAGLE ROCK - Harvey V. Kestner, age 53, died Friday in a Roanoke hospital. He was an employee of General Electric Company. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Gay H. Kestner, Eagle Rock; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Kestner, Glade Spring; one daughter, Mrs. Joann Hoyt, Troutville; two sons, Jeffrey and Jason Kestner, both of Eagle Rock; two grandsons, Stuart Kestner and Benjamin Hoyt; four sisters, Mrs. Bessie Helton, Mrs. Helen Price, Barbara Kestner, all of Glade Spring; Mrs. Mary Broughman, Buchanan; five brothers, William and James Kestner, Ohio; Joseph Kestner, Texas; Eddie Kestner, Manassas; Howard Kestner, Atkins. Services will be Monday at 3:00 p.m. at the Forest Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 at the Eagle Rock Funeral Home.
