Mrs. Myrtle Williamson Cawley, age 72, of Rt. 3, Vinton, died Sunday in a Roanoke hospital. She was retried from Ideal Laundry. She was preceded in death by a son, Cleve Edward Williamson. She is survived by her husband, John Hartford Cawley; two sons, Claude Calvin Williamson, of Blue Ridge; Dallas Eugene Williamson, of Baltimore, Md.; two daughters, Mrs. Shelby C. Beard, and Mrs. Carolyn C. Yopp, both of Roanoke; three brothers, Irby Flowers, of Bedford; Elbert Flowers, of Roanoke; Marvin Flowers, of Blue Ridge; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 2, 1990 at 1:00 p.m. at the Lotz Vinton Chapel, with the Rev. Paris E. Bain officiating. Interment will be in the Glade Creek Church Cemetery.
