NORFOLK COUPLE GETS HALF OF LOTTO DRAWING

A Norfolk man and his wife are $41,421 richer after picking up the first payment on their $801,421 Lotto prize.

Donald M. Gurecki and his wife, Kathy, picked up the check Monday after picking the winning combination of 2-13-19-27-35-44 in last week's Lotto drawing.

The Gureckis' prize is half the $1.6 million jackpot. Another player who correctly picked the six numbers in the weekly drawing has yet to step forward.

Gurecki, who said he picked the winning combination at random, will get $30,400 after taxes each year for the next 19 years.
