Georgia-Pacific Corp.'s board has approved the sale of more than 15 plants as a result of its acquisition of Great Northern Nekoosa, but the former Nekoosa plant in Bedford County is not on the list. T. Marshall Hahn, G-P chairman, said a decision has not been made on the fate of the Big Island containerboard plant.

\ Comair, the Cincinnati-based commuter airline, said it will resume seasonal service to The Greenbrier Hotel and Lewisburg, W.Va., this week. Flights will operate on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

\ Ames Department Stores Inc., which filed for reorganization in bankruptcy court last week, has hired a retailing consultant to try to bring the discount chain into profitability. Stephen L. Pistner, who has helped other companies, will be chief executive officer.
