2 LOSE MARION SEATS

Voters kept two Town Council members and replaced two others in Tuesday's balloting.

Returned to the governing body were Marshall E. Guy, with 434 votes, and Ernest S. Aker, with 404. But it was a newcomer, David P. Helms, who led the balloting with 487 votes. Another newcomer, James K. Cornick, won a council seat with 388.

Incumbents who failed to get re-elected were Walter J. Boone, with 345 votes, and Stella W. Maloney, 340.
