OBIT PORTER, P.

Mr. Paul Jennings Porter, age 79, of Salem, died Tuesday in a Salem hospital. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Rosalia M. Porter; one daughter and son-in-law, Ingrid P. and Grant Clowers, Roanoke; one brother, Clyde Porter, W.Va.; two sisters, Mrs. Clora Clopley, Ky.; Mrs. Mae Ferris, Ohio; three grandchildren, Kurt Clowers, Stacie Clowers, Stephanie Clowers. Funeral services will be Friday, May 4, 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Rt. 419 with Bishop Bonner G. Warr officiating. Interment will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Lotz Salem Chapel.
