\ Harry S. (Buzz) St. Clair, age 70, of Blue Ridge, died Thursday, May 3, 1990, at his residence after an extended illness. He was born in Botetourt County June 10, 1919, a son of the late Robert H. and Annie Jones St. Clair. He was a retired Assistant Superintendent with the Blue Ridge Stone Corporation, a member of the Villamont Presbyterian Church, a Navy veteran of World War II and a member of the V.F.W. Post #1841. Surviving are his wife, Veatrice Falls St. Clair; a daughter, Faye S. Hunter, Roanoke; a son, Norris B. St. Clair, Blue Ridge; one sister, Miss Marjorie Slocum, El Cajon, Calif.; five brothers, Luther E. St. Clair and Elmer R. St. Clair, both of Blue Ridge; Roger G. St. Clair, Powhatan; Emery L. St. Clair of Manassas; Clarence H. St. Clair, Pensacola, Fla.; four granddaughters, Rita Henry and husband, Barry; Tina Lydick and husband, Eugene; Nita Hunter and Tammy St. Clair; two grandsons, Michael Hunter and Toby St. Clair; great-grandson, Dustin Henry. Funeral services will be at Oakey's Vinton Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Dewey Paige officiating. Interment will be in the Old Dominion Memorial Gardens in Botetourt County. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Blue Ridge Volunteer Rescue Squad or the Roanoke Memorial Hospice. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
