GORDON-CALE

Melissa Lynn Cale and Martin Vincent Gordon were married May 5 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Wytheville. The Rev. Joseph Shumate officiated.

The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert F. Cale and granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Heath Semones of Wytheville. Employed by the Roanoke Times & World-News, she graduated from George Wythe High School and Radford University. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Basil B. Gordon and grandson of Florence Halsey of Wytheville. Editor of Radford News Journal, he is a graduate of George Wythe High School and Radford University.

Honor attendant was Deborah Fry of Wytheville. Best man was James Otterman of Roanoke. The couple will make their home in Radford.
