OBIT STANLEY, R.

Raymond Doress Stanley, age 68, of 823 Highland Avenue, S.E., passed away Monday. He was a veteran of World War II. Survivors include two daughters, Kathy C. Tucker, Goodview; Wanda C. Cupp, Roanoke; two sons, Randall L. Cody, Roanoke; Michael R. Stanley, Roanoke; four brothers, Alfred Stanley, Eugene Stanley, Roy Stanley, all of Roanoke; Leonard Stanley, Camden, Del.; three sisters, Helen Duncan, Betty Saul, Lorraine Luther, all of Roanoke; also seven grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday from the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Dr. Elwood White will officiate. Friends may call at Lotz Vinton Chapel.
