FORMER UVA PRESIDENT WILL SPEAK AT CLINCH

Former University of Virginia President Robert M. O'Neil will give the commencement address at 2 p.m. May 27 at the Clinch Valley College graduation ceremony.

The class of 1990 is scheduled to graduate 125 seniors, plus 36 students who completed courses in December. The college is a branch of the university.
