CONCERT TO FEATURE AMERICAN COMPOSERS

The College-Community Choir will present an annual spring concert of choral music by American composers from the Revolutionary War period up to the current period at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Wise Baptist Church

It will start with William Billings, the earliest recognized American composer, as well as 19th-century hymns, 20th-century compositions and spirituals. The show choir will offer selections from American theater musicals.

There is no admission charge.
