OBIT CAPPS, T.

Thelbert Eugene Capps, age 43, of Lynchburg, formerly of Roanoke, died Wednesday morning at Central Virginia Training Center, Lynchburg. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. T.E. (Louise) Capps, Lynchburg; a sister and brother-in-law, Anita C. and Dr. Ronald Rosenthal, Lake Forest, Ill.; a nephew and two nieces. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Roanoke Area Association for Retarded Citizens. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel. The Rev. Jeff Wilder and the Rev. Clay H. Turner will officiate. Interment will be in Evergreen Burial Park. The family will receive friends at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m Thursday.
