HORSE SHOW SET FOR JUNE

The Roanoke Valley Horse Show will take place June 18-23 at the Salem Civic Center. Rated "A" by the American Horse Show Association, the show is entering its 19th year.

Featured are the Grand Prix Cup of Roanoke, American Saddlebred Grand National, and National Show Horse Registry. Show times are 9 a.m. for outdoor and indoor events and 7 p.m. for indoor events.

Tickets go on sale at the box office May 29. June 18-19, tickets are $5 for adults, children under 12 and seniors are admitted free (tickets must be picked up at box office); June 20-21, adults, $5, children are $3; June 22, adults, $7, children are $5; June 23, adults, $8, children are $3. Box of 6 seats is $175.
