FOUR COMPANIES FILE IN BANKRUPTCY COURT

Economy Storage Limited Partnership of Roanoke has filed for reorganization, one of four recent business filings in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Roanoke. Eight creditors filed claims for about $1.3 million, according to papers signed by Barbara Poff, assistant secretary.

Aljuns Inc., doing business as Food Fair at Pulaski, filed for liquidation. The company, headed by Robert A. Williams, reported debt of $290,000 and assets of $120,000. Cedar Bluff Broadcasting Inc., operating as WYRN Radio, Johnnie W. Fletcher, president, asked for reorganization, reporting debt of $497,498 and no assets.

Enchantments Inc. of Abingdon, a former retail clothing store headed by James B. Dick, filed for liquidation, reporting debt of $66,809 and assets of $500. - Staff report
