VINTON BUSINESSWOMEN NAME WOMAN OF YEAR

Elizabeth Stout has been named Woman of the Year by the Vinton Dogwood chapter of the American Business Women's Association.

She is a past president of the Vinton chapter and currently serves as co-chairperson of the ways and means committee.

She recently retired from the Virginia Skyline Girl Scout Council.
