\ Richard L. Wilmoth, Sr., of Roanoke, died Friday, May 11, 1990. He was a senior examiner in the Bureau of Finance with the State Corporation Commission. He was a graduate of West Virginia University and held a masters degree from Radford University. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Charlotte A. Wilmoth; two sons and daughters-in-law, Richard L., Jr. and Katherine B. Wilmoth, Richmond; Thomas C. and Judith C. Wilmoth, Roanoke; mother, Mrs. Grace Wilmoth, Keyser, W.Va. Funeral services will be conducted at the graveside in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 14, with the Rev. Lonnie W. Barnes officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to the Roanoke Valley Leukemia Society. Friends may call at Oakey's North Chapel where the family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Sunday.
