Bell Atlantic, parent of C&P Telephone, said it signed a cooperative agreement to work with the Korean Telecommunications Authority to explore marketing or research programs and personnel and information exchanges.

A Mobil Corp. subsidiary said it has reached an agreement to supply North Carolina Natural Gas Corp. with more than 6 billion cubic feet of natural gas annually for six years. Another Mobil subsidiary plans to drill an exploratory gas well off the coast of North Carolina, the company said.
