COX CABLE DONATES VAN, AIR TIME TO TAP

Cox Cable Roanoke on Monday gave Total Action Against Poverty a newly overhauled van repainted with TAP's new logo and donated $5,000 free air time to TAP for public service announcements.

The gifts, valued at more than $10,000, were presented to TAP officials at TAP's Vinton Head Start Center. The van will be used to transport supplies and equipment to the agency's 11 Head Start offices.
