OBIT RHODES, O.

Ores L. (Doc) Rhodes, age 60, of 2247 Berkley Ave., S.W., died Tuesday morning in a local hospital. Mr. Rhodes was an employee of Southern States, Inc. He was an active member of S. P. E. B. Q. S. A. He was a member of Bethany Christian Church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Gail C. Rhodes; three sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Susan Rhodes, Atlanta, Ga.; Stephen and Elizabeth Rhodes, Greensboro, N.C.; Randall and Cheryl Rhodes, Huntsville, Ala.; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Archie L.B. Rhodes, Denver, Colo.; brothers, Lester Rhodes, Irons, Mich.; James Rhodes, Denver, Colo.; Billy Rhodes, Traverse City, Mich.; three grandchildren. The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Bethany Christian Church. Services will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Bethany Christian Church. The Rev. John F. Autry will officiate. Interment will be Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends in the fellowship hall of the church from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday.
