Mary Ola Davis of Salem, died May 14, 1990. She was a retired clerk at Webbers/Brooks-Byrd Pharmacy for 38 years, a member of A.B.W.A., and a volunteer at Lewis-Gale Hospital for many years. She is survived by daughters, Shirley D. Faries, Norton; Peggy D. Wygal, Pine Bluff, Ark.; sons, L. Glenn Davis, Salem; Clifford H. Davis, Harrisonburg; brother, M. H. Slusher, Jr., Salem; sister, Eunice S. Medley, Pasadena, Texas; also surviving are 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, at the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home Chapel, Salem, with the Rev. Ken R. Kingrea, officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Burial Park. Friends may call at the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem.
