The Agriculture Department said last week that the 1990 winter wheat harvest could boost the nation's depleted stockpile of bread grain by 70 percent or more. As of May 1, surveys showed that this wheat production could be a nine-year high of 2.09 billion bushels.

Araskog, chairman, told shareholders at their annual meeting at Tucson, Ariz., on Tuesday. He said the company has pledged to continue development as a diversified international enterprise.
