WINE-TASTING FESTIVAL SATURDAY IN WYTHEVILLE

A wine-tasting festival will be held Saturday at historic Ingleside Manor on Withers Road from 5 to 9 p.m. to raise money for the Chautauqua-in-the-Park Festival scheduled for next month.

Eight Virginia wineries will participate. Bread, cheese and fruit also will be provided. An auction will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. with items including antiques, artwork, balloon rides, vacation trips, bachelors and bachelorettes.

Tickets are $15 and are available at Wordsprint, Hopkins Travel, Wytheville Office Supply and Blue Ridge Books in Wytheville.
