WYTHEVILLE MAN GETS SEVEN-YEAR SENTENCE

A 23-year-old Wytheville man charged in January with stealing five vehicles, burglary and grand larceny has been sentenced to seven years in prison.

Kenneth W. Hall was convicted Tuesday in Wythe County Circuit Court of the unauthorized use of the vehicles, statutory burglary of a home and grand larceny of a shotgun, all of which occurred in January.

Circuit Judge Willis Woods imposed three years on each of the seven convictions and suspended all but seven years of the sentences.
