OBIT WELSH, M.

Mrs. Marion Crissman Welsh, age 90, of Roanoke, died Saturday. Mrs. Welsh was a member of St. Marks Lutheran Church. She was a registered nurse and retired as Director of Nursing from Jefferson Hospital. She was the widow of George Houston Welsh and is survived by, a son and daughter-in-law, Edward C. & Virginia Welsh, Portsmouth; a daughter and son-in-law, Sally Ann and Andrew T. Roth, Springfield; a sister, Mrs. Edith Beck, Chambersburg, Penn.; three grandchildren, Edward Welsh, III, David Roth and Patricia Sadlock; also surviving are four great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday May 22, 1990, at St. Andrews Cemetery with Dr. Charles W. Easley officiating. Friends may call at Lotz Roanoke Chapel.
