CARROLL, TRIBBY H.

\ LEXINGTON - Tribby Hartless Carroll, age 77, died Sunday, May 20, 1990, in a Charlottesville hospital. Born in Rockbrige County, February 5, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Pete Estridge Hartless and Betty Pearl Graves Hartless. She was the widow of Jacob Otis Carroll and was a member of Bethesda Presbyterian Church and past member of Brownsburg Wednesday Club. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, L. Curtis and Barbara Carroll, Roanoke; daughter and son-in-law, Betty C. and Bernard Natkin, Lexington; daughter-in-law, Nancy Karlet Carroll, Lexington, widow of Kenneth Leon Carroll, who preceded his mother in death; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. from the Bethesda Presbyterian Church with Rev. Daniel S. Clark officiating. Burial will follow in the McElwee Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Lexington or Buena Vista First-Aid Crew. The family will receive friends receive from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Harrison Funeral Home.
