19-YEAR-OLD ACCUSED IN GARAGE FIRE ARSON

A 19-year-old was charged with arson over the weekend following a monthlong investigation of a fire that caused $200,000 worth of damage to a Northeast Roanoke garage.

James Edgar Morgan III of the 100 block of Lee Avenue Northeast was arrested Sunday and charged with burglary and arson.

The charges stem from a April 22 blaze that caused extensive damage to Nuel Wallace's Garage at 1035 McDowell Ave.
