\ BUENA VISTA - Roy Lee Ramsey, age 43, died May 22, 1990, in a Lexington hospital. He was born in Amherst County a son of Mrs. Clarice T. Ramsey, Buena Vista, and the late William C. Ramsey. He is survived by his wife, Darlene C. Ramsey, Buena Vista; four sons, Richie, Kevin, Joe and Rodney Ramsey, all of Buena Vista; five sisters, Lillian Fitzgerald and Rosa Beard, both of Lynchburg; Alice Cox, Eufaula, Okla.; Daisy Sears, Essex, Md.; Barbara Pentecost, Pasadena, Texas; Madline Smith, Lumberton, N.C.; four brothers, William Ramsey, Buena Vista; Grover Ramsey, Vesuvius; Lawrence and Delmas Ramsey, both of Emporium, Pa. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday by the Rev. Mike Steven at the Church of the Seventh Day Adventists, Buena Vista. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Lomax Funeral Home, Buena Vista.
