THEATER SUMMER CAMP

Mill Mountain Theatre will offer a Summer Drama Day Camp Aug. 13-17 for pupils entering grades 3-6. The camp will be held at the theater in Center in the Square, downtown Roanoke.

Young people will learn the basic techniques of acting, movement, voice and musical theater. Taught by a staff member of Theatre Professionals, including instruction by guest performers at Mill Mountain Theatre, the classes will run from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The week-long instruction will culminate in a student presentation Aug. 18 for family and friends.

Tuition is $100, and some scholarships are available. Space is limited to 30 pupils, and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, call 342-5730.
