TERRY TO STAY ON PORK BOARD

Gov. Douglas Wilder has named N.C. Terry of Critz in Patrick County to the Virginia Pork Industry Board.

Terry is the father of Virginia Attorney General Mary Sue Terry. He succeeds himself on the board for a four-year term that ends May 14, 1995.

Terry is graduate of the University of North Carolina, holds a master's degree from Virginia Tech and served four years as an assistant and county agent with the Virginia Cooperative Extension Service.

The 12-member board was created to improve the marketing of pork and the quality of Virginia pork products.

Named to the board along with Terry were Donald Horsely of Virginia Beach and James W. Eberly of Luray.
