\ BEDFORD - James Edward Jones of 212 Mill Street departed this life Saturday, May 26, 1990, at the Bedford County Memorial Hospital. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Bernice Jones; four sons, Lorenza, James, Eddie, and Samuel Jones, all of Bedford; six daughters, Mrs. Barbara King, Vinton; Mrs. Sharon Brown, Diane, Mary Lou, Jackie, and Pamela Jones, all of Bedford; three sisters, Mrs. Mattie Snead, Mrs. Katie Wright, and Miss Mary Jones, all of Bedford; four brothers, Roy, Eugene, and Calvin Jones, all of Bedford; William Jones, Moneta; 17 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four brothers-in-law; three sisters-in-law; one aunt, Mrs. Madge Robinson, Bedford; other relatives and friends.
