\ HILLSVILLE - Richard Charles Beasley, age 58, passed away Sunday, May 27, 1990, at the Prince Williams Hospital at Manassas, Va. He was born in Carroll County November 8, 1931. A son of Robert Cochran Beasley and the late Nannie Mabel Sowers Beasley. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Shirley Beasley; one daughter, Mrs. Vickie Barringer, Clifton; two sons, Richard Charles Beasley, Jr.; David Jackson Beasley, both of Hillsville; his father, Robert C. Beasley, Hillsville; one sister, Mrs. Virginia Mae Sawyers, Hillsville; two brothers, Duward Lee Beasley; Olin Thomas Beasley, both of Hillsville; five grandchildren, Kristie Beasley, Lauren Barringer, Jennifer Beasley, Chad Barringer, Jack Barringer. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 30, 1990 at 1:00 p.m. at the Hillsville First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Patricia DeVoe and the Rev. William Gunter officiating. Interment in the Wilkinson Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements by Vaughan-Guynn McGrady Chapel.
