WATKINS, LUCILLE E.\ Mrs. Lucille Ella Watkins, age 73, of 1618 Loudon Avenue, died Saturday. Funeral service will be Tuesday 12:00 noon at the Jerusalem Baptist Church. Dr. J. Eugene Young will officiate with burial in Williams Memorial Park. The remains will placed in church 5:00 p.m. Monday. The family will receive friends at the church from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Arrangements by Hamlar-Curtis.
