BHS STUDENT NAMED TO GOVERNOR'S SCHOOLS

Anne Louise Klaus, a junior at Blacksburg High School, has been selected to attend the Governor's French Academy and the Governor's Music Academy. The academies give students a month of study in a concentrated environment.

Klaus is a member of the National Honor Society, the National French Honor Society and the track team. She is a third-year French student and has been a musician for several years.

She may attend only one of the academies.
