BLACKSBURG PLACES 4 ON GROUP AA SOCCER TEAM

Four Blacksburg players - John Cheynet, Kurt Stromberg, John Bohland and Darren Cross - have been named to the first-team All-Group AA boys' soccer squad.

The four were the only Timesland players to make the first team. Blacksburg finished second in the Group AA playoffs to Chancellor, which had six first-team players.

Midfield - Darren Cross, Blacksburg; Ray Dehart, York; Steve Heck, Chancellor; Chris Duran, Loudoun Valley. Fullback - Kurt Stromberg and Jon Bohland, Blacksburg; Don Hart and Ryan Early, Chancellor.
