OBIT BECKNER, W.

William Berkley Beckner, Sr., age 49, of Roanoke, died Wednesday. He is survived by his wife, Diannia H. Beckner; two sons, Jay Franklin Beckner, William B. Beckner, Jr., both of Roanoke; one daughter, Angela Marie Hall, Catawba; his father, Benjamin F. Beckner; mother, Mary Alice Boone; two bothers, Ronnie D. Beckner, Danny L. Beckner; three sisters, Vickie Campbell, Kay Crowder, Kim Crews, all of Roanoke; and three grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call Thursday at the Lotz Roanoke Chapel.
