TRAVEL GUIDE TO THE NEW RIVER VALLEY PUBLISHED

A guide to travel destinations in the New River Valley for tourists and newcomers will be introduced Tuesday at 9 a.m. at Radford Best Western Inn.

Copies of the 36-page, color "The New River Valley Guide" will be distributed to hotels, motels, restaurants and other travel-related businesses. Plans for a new program, "Ask Me about New River," which will involve businesses in encouraging New River Valley travel, will be outlined.

New River Valley chambers of commerce and New River Community College are sponsoring the meeting. For information, call your local chamber office.
