TRUMP WOES WON'T AFFECT RACE

Wall Street tycoon Donald Trump's current financial woes won't affect plans for next year's Tour de Trump, a local organizer said.

Because the Richmond-based bicycle race is backed by NBC Sports and Trump Plaza, an Atlantic City, N.J., casino, the race is shielded from Trump's cash crunch, organizer David Kalman said.

"What's happening up there should have no effect on the race," Kalman said. The weeks-long race includes several segments in Virginia. - Associated Press
