FOREST, MAJOR P.\ Major Price Forest departed this life on Sunday morning, June 10, 1990, in the Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was united in marriage to Annie L. Kasey. He is survived by seven children, Mrs. Lanna F. Crews and Major P. Forest, Jr., both of Chapel Hill, N.C.; Pamela Forest, Lynchburg; Shirley Hayden and Timothy C. Arrington, both of Bedford; Ray T. Arrington, Roanoke; Robert L. Arrington, Missouri; three sisters, Mrs. Edmonia F. Childress, Mrs. Evelyn F. Nelms and Mrs. Betty F. Rhodes, all of Bedford; other relatives and friends. He will always be loved and missed by his grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, June 13, at 11:00 a.m. at the New Zion Baptist Church in Bedford County. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive frieds on Tuesday evening from 7:30 to 8:30 at the Bedford Funeral Home Chapel. The cortesy will assemble at the Bedford Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 a.m. Arrangements are by Bedford Funeral Home.
